Santa Ana Warehouse leased for a Skateboard Heaven

Southwest Commercial represented a unique extreme sports client for a 5,000 square foot warehouse, which is in the process of being transformed into a wooden skate bowl heaven! I visited this skate warehouse wonderland in my suit and tie the other day and couldn’t resist grabbing a skateboard and testing my old skate skills out again. I blamed my failed attempts on my dress shoes and tight slacks..haha
Anyway, I can’t wait to come back and watch the professionals shred these ramps up on the grand opening, sometime in January 2012. I had fun representing this client as it was unique and challenging compared to the normal office / warehouse user.
