Distribution Client – Delca Corp. 30,000 sq ft Lease Irvine Spectrum

Southwest Commercial Brokers Jordan DeMeis and Dennis DeMeis represented Delca Corp., tenant, in a lease transaction in the Irvine Spectrum. Delca Corp. is a wonderful client with a spectacular growing business. Their primary use of this facility is for the distribution of their pet products. They needed high ceilings and good truck loading (dock high and ground level truck doors).
Southwest Commercial has represented Delca in two lease transactions now, strategically growing them into 30,000 square feet currently at 1 Marconi, Irvine CA – commonly known as the Phoenix Business Center.

The Southwest Commercial Team represented a batch of industrial warehouse leases in Santa Ana just off Saint Andrews and Grand. In the first week of May a total of 6 leases were executed. Southwest Commercial represented both the Landlord and Tenant in all 6 transactions.

Industrial Multi Tenant Buildings in Huntington Beach – Southwest Commercial Listings

Southwest Commercial was hired by the Landlord of the two industrial multi tenant buildings above.  The vacancies were of concern and needed to be filled with qualified tenants.  Southwest Commercial was successful in finding vibrant businesses to occupy these vacant suites.  Even in a market flooded with vacancy Southwest Commercial was able to drive tenants into these wonderful business parks to completely fill them up.

Southwest Commercial Agent, Ronnie Thornton, in an impressive streak procured four (4) new tenants within these two parks, in just over one months time!

AN Design Lab – Industrial Space in Santa Ana

Southwest Commercial worked with AN Design Lab to expand their budding industrial design firm.  AN Design Lab’s creative nature meshed well into the Dexter Industrial Park at 441 Columbine, Santa Ana.  The industrial park is also represented by Southwest Commercial.  We have successfully procured several creative types in this business complex along with other clean image industrial uses.
